What gets read here: corrections, source-citation issues, and questions about the content of this manual. A citation error, a stale URL, a misquoted statistic, or a regulatory development that updates one of the pages — please flag it. The manual is refreshed periodically as the underlying literature and regulatory framework evolve; the 2025 ACOG Committee Statement No. 20 and the 2025 ICSM HSDD recommendations are recent examples of the kind of update folded in when published.

What we do not read

What is not read here: medical questions about bremelanotide or HSDD. There are no clinicians on this side of the form, so no medical advice, evaluation, dosing guidance, or clinical recommendation can be offered. Questions of that kind belong with a state-licensed clinician — commonly an OB/GYN, a sexual-medicine specialist, a family-medicine physician, or an internal-medicine physician — who can perform a synchronous video evaluation in your state.
